Our upscale restaurant in the heart of Rosemary Beach offers a chance to showcase your craft and passion for mixology in an environment dedicated to providing exceptional service and experiences for guests while working with sought-after spirits and an extensive wine program.

 Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Create and serve a diverse range of high-quality craft cocktails with precision and artistry, adhering to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and mixology techniques to craft unique, innovative, and seasonally inspired cocktails.
• Ensure the bar area is stocked, organized, and presentable, including proper handling of ingredients and equipment.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations, describing cocktails, and providing excellent service while showcasing your expertise.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop cocktail pairings that complement the restaurant's menu offerings.
• Uphold strict adherence to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.

Skills:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or general education degree GED
• Minimum two years of bartending experience.
• Basic understanding of POS system.
• Superior customer service skills.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and
• frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Extensive liquor, beer, wine, and mixology knowledge.
• Flexible schedule required to include AM/PM, weekends, and holidays.
