Job Title: Busser / Crew Member
Location: Beach Happy Café and Cocktail – Seagrove, FL
Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour + tips
Position Summary:
Beach Happy Café is looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Crew Members to join our front-of-house team as Bussers. This role is key to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while supporting servers and ensuring guests have a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service areas
  • Assist servers by refilling water, running food when needed, and supporting guest requests
  • Remove trash, sweep floors, and keep all areas neat and sanitary
  • Stock service stations with necessary supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments, etc.)
  • Help maintain restroom cleanliness throughout shift
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests when interacting
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:
