Job Title: BOH Crew Member
Location: Beach Happy Café – Seagrove, FL
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Position Summary:
Beach Happy Café is seeking reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Back of House (BOH) Crew Members to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, prepping, and assembling menu items
  • Cook and plate food according to café standards and recipes (if applicable)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep areas, and equipment
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
  • Receive and properly store deliveries and inventory
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely service
  • Take direction from kitchen leadership and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications:
  • Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
