Job Title: Bartender / Crew Member
Location: Beach Happy Café – Seagrove, FL
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour + tips
Position Summary:
Beach Happy Café is seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent guest service, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
  • Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
  • Check guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
  • Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately
  • Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and daily cleaning duties
  • Support front-of-house team as needed in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic cocktail recipes, beer, and wine
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol in Florida
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
