Job Title: Retail Associate / Crew Member
Location: Beach Happy Café – Seagrove, FL
Pay: Starting at $17.00 Plus (Depends on Experience) /hourly
Position Summary:
Beach Happy Café is seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Associates to join our team. This role is responsible for providing an excellent guest experience while assisting customers with retail purchases, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced beachside environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with retail selections in a friendly and professional manner
  • Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of retail displays and sales floor
  • Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels
  • Answer customer questions about products and promotions
  • Assist with receiving and organizing new merchandise
  • Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout shift
  • Support team members and assist in other areas as needed
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
